Terms and Conditions for Shelanti Game Reserve Accommodation Giveaway

1. Introduction
   • The Shelanti Game Reserve Accommodation Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is organized by Shelanti Game Reserve (“the Promoter”). By entering this Giveaway, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
   • The Giveaway is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.
   • Participants must have a valid South African ID or passport.
3. Entry Requirements
   • To enter, participants must follow the specified instructions on the Giveaway announcement post or platform.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
   • Entries must be submitted within the specified entry period.
4. Prize
   • The prize is a 2-night stay at Shelanti Game Reserve for the Friday and Saturday nights of any weekend.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
   • The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of winning, subject to availability.
   • The prize does not include transportation to or from Shelanti Game Reserve.
5. Selection of Winner
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on 2 November 2025.
   • The winner will be notified via Instagram/Facebook direct messenger within 3 days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Liability
   • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
7. Privacy
   • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
   • The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
   • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to have their name/photo posted on Shelanti’s social media pages.
8. Disqualification
   • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
   • Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway’s system may result in immediate disqualification.
9. Governing Law
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
    • By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
