Shelanti’s Veterinary Wildlife Course offers an engaging and practical introduction to caring for animals in a reserve environment. Set in the malaria-free Bushveld, the programme provides insight into wildlife behaviour, habitat needs, ethical management practices and the complex balance required to maintain healthy animal populations.
Participants learn through guided sessions, field activities and real exposure to the daily operations of a functioning game reserve. The course is for vet and pre-vet students or wildlife and biology students.
